Job Description: Healthera is seeking a Head of Growth to own end-to-end patient growth, driving acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue per user. You will build systems, run experiments, and optimise funnels to transform the existing user base into a sustainable growth engine—directly shaping long‑term patient value for this fast‑scaling digital health platform.

What you will do:
- Own end‑to‑end patient growth: acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue per user.
- Drive SEO (content + technical), manage paid strategy, and activate pharmacy co‑marketing partnerships.
- Build and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies across email, push, and SMS.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 5–8 years of experience in consumer growth at tech, marketplace, or digital health companies.
- Is a hands‑on executor with deep experience in funnel mapping, conversion optimisation (web & mobile), and analytics tools (incl. SQL).
- Has a proven ability to build effective CRM and retention programmes and collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
