Cosmic Dealer is a premium clean chocolate brand on a mission to turn everyday food habits into healthy rituals. Founded in 2020, this award-winning, founder-led brand replaces ultra-processed snacks with organic, functional, single-origin cacao treats, sold via a high-growth Shopify store and prestigious UK retailers like Healf.

As the first senior hire, you will build the growth engine for a premier clean chocolate brand from scratch. Reporting directly to the founder, you will own the full growth P&L, manage high-velocity creative testing, and scale the DTC channel. This is a rare opportunity to transition a proven product-market fit into a global category leader.

Location: London, UK

Why this role is remarkable:

  • True zero-to-one build with full autonomy and a direct line to the founder, bypassing all corporate layers and politics.
  • Opportunity to scale an award-winning CPG brand from a lean startup phase to a major market player with a £30M+ trajectory.
  • Build your own department by hiring a team of three—Growth Associate, CRM Lead, and Performance Manager—within your first year.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the complete growth P&L, including acquisition, retention, LTV, CAC, and payback targets across Shopify and retail channels.
  • Manage and scale external agencies for paid media, CRM (Klaviyo), and affiliates while driving high-velocity creative testing with content strategists.
  • Architect and execute a robust subscription and retention strategy to turn one-time buyers into loyal brand advocates.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5–8 years of experience in growth or performance marketing at high-velocity DTC or CPG brands, ideally scaling from £5M to £30M.
  • Deep expertise in managing paid social accounts (Meta, TikTok) and Shopify ecosystems with a perfect balance of data fluency and creative taste.
  • A "founder-brain" operator who is scrappy, comfortable with startup ambiguity, and genuinely passionate about wellness and clean ingredients.
