Job Description
Lead the finance function at a high-growth AI startup as the senior-most finance hire. You will partner with the CEO to transition the company from Series A to Series B, owning everything from the operating model and board reporting to commercial deal structuring and international financial controls in a player-coach capacity.

What You Will Do
- Own the company operating model, board packs, and investor KPI reporting to drive strategic decision-making.
- Manage the full FP&A cycle, including rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and multi-entity financial readiness.
- Lead Series B preparation by managing data rooms, investor diligence, and commercial unit economics analysis.
The ideal candidate
- 8+ years in finance leadership roles within high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with experience in UK and US multi-entity operations.
- Proven track record of supporting founders through successful fundraising rounds and building robust financial controls.
