What you will do
- Define and execute the technical strategy, owning solution design and architecture for applications and Azure infrastructure
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a world‑class engineering team, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture
- Partner with product leadership to align the roadmap, guide build/buy/partner decisions, and ensure robust delivery

- Proven engineering leader with hands‑on curiosity, comfortable fixing bugs and advising on architectural design
