As Head of CRM at Chip Financial Ltd, you will transform lifecycle marketing into a core profit center.

Leading a team of five, you'll own the Braze platform and the economics of activation, retention, and cross-sell.

You will build an AI-native function using LLMs to drive wealth management growth and cohort LTV.

  • Partner with Finance and Compliance to optimize activation and cross-sell triggers aligned with cohort economics and FCA Consumer Duty standards.
