Job Description: You will lead the UK commercial strategy for a clinically validated AI platform revolutionizing dementia care. Working directly with founders, you will take over existing partnerships, prioritise market segments such as the NHS and private clinics, and close the first major UK contracts to scale impact in an ageing global population.

What You Will Do
- Take full ownership of the UK commercial function, transitioning responsibilities from the founders to become the primary driver of revenue and partnerships.
- Prioritise high‑value segments across NHS trusts, private clinics, and insurers based on your deep understanding of UK healthcare buying cycles.
- Execute end‑to‑end sales processes from lead generation and demos to high‑stakes contract negotiations and closing significant partnership deals.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5–8+ years of business development or GTM experience specifically within the UK healthtech, medtech, or digital health sectors (B2B/B2B2C).
- Proven track record of operating in early‑stage or scale‑up environments, showing the ability to both define strategy and execute hands‑on sales.
- Strong commercial acumen regarding healthcare pricing and positioning, with fluent English skills (Spanish proficiency is a strong plus for cross‑border collaboration).
