Join a newly formed outbound pod working directly alongside the founders to build Specter’s sales engine from the ground up. You will execute sophisticated outreach to senior investment partners, leveraging a modern AI-powered GTM stack. This is a high-impact role for an ambitious salesperson looking to master the craft of modern outbound.

What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end outbound campaigns, including deep research, list building, and personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn platforms.
- Master a modern GTM tech stack featuring tools like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI automation to drive high-quality pipeline.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine the ideal customer profile, messaging, and playbooks while tracking performance metrics weekly.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 1–2 years of BDR or sales experience, ideally within a high-growth B2B startup or a finance-related environment.
- Demonstrates exceptional writing skills, capable of crafting sharp, persuasive outreach that captures the attention of busy investment partners.
- Displays a strong bias for action and technical curiosity, with a desire to experiment with AI and automation tools.
