Gigs.com is a $100M-funded telecom-as-a-service platform backed by Google and Y Combinator, building the "Stripe for phone plans." Based in London and Berlin, the team features veterans from Stripe and Airbnb who are redefining global connectivity by enabling tech companies to embed mobile services directly into their products.
As the first Growth Operations Lead at Gigs.com, you will build the foundational operating system for the Growth team. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, owning the RevOps stack, operating cadence, and team enablement to turn individual high performance into a unified machine.
Why this role is remarkable:
- You are the first person to own this function, offering a unique opportunity to design and build the growth infrastructure from the ground up at a rapidly scaling series B startup.
- Backed by nearly $100 million from top-tier investors like Ribbit Capital and Google, Gigs.com is tackling massive technical and regulatory challenges in the global telecom space.
- Work alongside a high-caliber team of "business athletes" from Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify in a culture that prioritises speed, ownership, and first-principles thinking.
What You Will Do:
- Own the end-to-end RevOps stack, ensuring HubSpot, Notion, and Linear function as a connected system that surfaces real-time growth metrics and actionable insights for leadership.
- Design and lead the growth operating cadence, including annual planning, quarterly goal-setting, and AI-enabled standing forums such as pipeline reviews and leadership syncs.
- Develop and maintain the Growth Handbook and enablement playbooks for GTM, Partner Management, and Implementation to drive consistency, improve onboarding ramp times, and institutionalise team knowledge.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 6+ years of hands-on experience in Revenue or Growth Operations at high-growth B2B companies, with deep expertise in managing HubSpot as a system of record.
- Is an AI-native professional who defaults to using automation and LLMs to accelerate workflows and possesses strong analytical instincts for building complex capacity and forecasting models.
- Demonstrates the ability to influence cross-functional leaders in Finance, Legal, and Product, while thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment that demands both strategy and execution.
