You will drive Tab's expansion by managing payment operations and delivering world-class customer support in English and Spanish. You'll split your time between direct merchant interaction and optimizing internal processes using AI and modern tools like SQL and PostHog. What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end payment operations and support customers in both English and Spanish to ensure seamless transaction flows.
- Leverage AI and tools like SQL, PostHog, and Superblocks to optimize internal processes and improve service delivery.
- Create compelling copy for email campaigns and newsletters to drive growth and keep our global merchant base engaged.
The ideal candidate
- Has 2+ years of experience in operations or customer success, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into simple explanations.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and technical proficiency with modern CS tools like Missive, customer.io, or SQL.
