As the first Growth Marketing Lead at Wyn Procurement Limited, you will build a demand generation engine from the ground up. Reporting to the co‑founders, you will manage a Marketing Manager and execute hands‑on paid campaigns and ABM strategies to drive enterprise pipeline for a company already managing $1B+ in spend.

  • Identify and manage strategic industry event sponsorships and appearances while maintaining strict budget control.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3–7 years of hands‑on B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of executing paid ads and demand gen.
  • Experience as an early marketing hire in a startup scaling from 10 to 100 employees.
  • Strong background in building processes and toolkits from scratch in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
