Job Description
Join SolveAI as our first dedicated marketing hire to build our inbound engine from scratch. You will own everything from high-intent events and executive dinners to content strategy and performance attribution. This is a hands-on role for a builder ready to shape the narrative of a platform revolutionizing how enterprises create software.

What You Will Do
- Design and execute a fast-moving inbound experimentation engine, including targeted account campaigns, executive dinners, and high-intent workshops with clear ROI targets.
- Shape the company's external voice and thought leadership by ghostwriting for leadership and developing a compelling narrative across the website and social channels.
- Build the foundational marketing operations layer, including CRM hygiene, attribution, and reporting to ensure every decision is driven by pipeline and revenue data.
The ideal candidate
- Several years of B2B/enterprise SaaS growth experience with a proven track record of hands-on execution rather than just high-level strategy or agency oversight.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, commercially minded content for an executive and enterprise audience.
- A true builder mentality who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to move from being a solo contributor to scaling a full marketing function.
