As the founding Growth Lead at LightWork AI, you will author the demand engine for a category-defining product. You'll cut through market skepticism to position an AI-driven "system of action" for estate agents, owning the entire funnel from first touch to qualified demo while building a team from scratch.

The ideal candidate:
- Proven track record of building demand from near‑zero in a vertical B2B or SMB market with direct, measurable success.
- Exceptionally hands‑on with AI tools, including LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation workflows, to drive internal and external efficiency.
