Job Description

This is a high‑impact role for someone obsessed with blowing up feeds and making the numbers work. You will engineer virality through content, manage creator collaborations, and run performance marketing like a quant across major platforms.

What you will do

• Engineer virality by building and running a continuous short‑form content \”clip machine\”
• Own end‑to‑end paid acquisition across Meta, YouTube, Reddit, X, and SEM, running continuous A/B tests
• Launch and evolve remix formats, and set up creator and affiliate loops to drive engagement

Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record in growth or creator marketing with verifiable results (e.g., 100k+ social audience, viral clips, reduced CAC)
• Hands‑on experience with Ads Manager across major platforms and ability to quickly cut/edit content
• Strong analytical mindset, thinking in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and D7 retention, moving fast without sloppiness
