Job Description
As the sole analytics hire reporting to the CEO, you will own the end-to-end data lifecycle for a profitable health-tech platform. You’ll design tracking plans, direct engineering resources via precise specifications, and build trusted attribution models in a regulated environment. This role is about driving strategic decisions, not just building dashboards.

What You Will Do
- Create and maintain the tracking plan as the single source of truth for all measurement and identity resolution.
- Develop engineering-grade specifications for pipelines and transformations, personally performing QA on all data deliverables.
- Establish a unified metrics layer for executive and board reporting, eliminating shadow-copies and ensuring data trust.
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years in growth or product analytics, having previously designed and lived with complex tracking plans from scratch.
- Deep experience building attribution models within GDPR constraints, ideally in a regulated vertical like health or fintech.
- Expert SQL skills and the ability to write unambiguous technical specifications for engineering teams to build from.
