Job Description
As our first UK GTM hire, you will scale Juryo.ai's proven Spanish success into the British market. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle- from outbound prospecting and demoing live AI agents to closing pilots and long-term accounts with B2C law firms. This is a high-intensity, founder-stage role with massive ownership and impact.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage your own outbound pipeline of UK B2C law firms across personal injury, conveyancing, family, and immigration sectors.
- Conduct live demonstrations of Juryo.ai agents to law firm partners, closing initial pilots and transitioning them into long-term accounts.
- Represent Juryo.ai at key UK legal industry events and feed market insights directly back into the product and sales strategy.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record in full-cycle B2B outbound sales, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
- Native English speaker with deep knowledge of how British firms buy and the existing right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Highly ambitious professional who thrives in high-intensity environments and is excited by the challenge of building a country's GTM from scratch.
