As a People Advisor, you will be the primary contact for employee relations and manager guidance across the UK, US, and France. Reporting to the Global Head of People, you’ll own global probation processes and benefits administration while driving operational excellence and high‑performing culture within a fast-paced, international technology environment.

- Oversee global benefits administration and HRIS data integrity, serving as the subject matter expert for employee lifecycle queries and reporting.
The ideal candidate:
- 3–5 years of experience in a People Advisor or HR Generalist role with a strong foundation in UK employment law.
- Proven track record of independently managing complex employee relations cases and coaching mid‑level managers through people challenges.
