Job Description

As Fractional CFO at re FIT, you will partner directly with founder Stefan Duda (ex-CBRE) to build a robust financial engine for scaling.

You'll oversee financial modeling, manage runway, and spearhead fundraising preparations for a Series A raise as the company expands its footprint across the UK and international markets.

  • Establish rigorous budget tracking, cash flow forecasting, and margin analysis across the UK and Ireland portfolio to ensure financial discipline.
