As the first dedicated talent hire, you will report directly to the co-founder to scale a mission-driven team from 35 to 55+ in the next year. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, building the foundations of a world-class hiring engine that automates administration to save the NHS.

  • Design and implement a high-velocity headhunting playbook and outbound strategy to attract top-tier passive talent through LinkedIn and referrals.
  • Optimize candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction, maintaining a transparent, data-driven reporting system for the entire recruitment funnel.

  • Possesses 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment agency environment followed by meaningful in-house startup experience.
  • Demonstrates operational excellence in managing 6+ roles concurrently while maintaining high candidate NPS and short time-to-hire metrics.
  • Is a brilliant storyteller and communicator who cares deeply about healthcare access and can effectively articulate the company’s mission to candidates.
