As the Founding Talent Lead, you will own the entire recruitment function for a high-growth AI startup. You will partner directly with PhD-level founders to source and close world-class engineering and research talent. This is a high-agency role focused on maintaining an elite performance bar while scaling the team through 10x year-on-year growth.
