Anima is seeking a founding Crew Experience Lead in London to build our internal operating system as we scale from 35 to 100+ people.
You will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding and office design to rituals and internal communications, shaping culture with high standards and care for the crew.
This is a founding IC role reporting to founders, requiring design sensibility, culture focus, and the ability to build scalable systems that support rapid growth.
