As the founding IT hire at a rapidly scaling AI startup, you will build our internal operations from the ground up. You'll manage device deployment, ensure ironclad security compliance for ISO 27001 and SOC 2, and own customer SSO integrations. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on builder wanting end-to-end ownership.

- Own the customer onboarding experience by configuring enterprise SSO (SAML/OIDC) and collaborating with engineering to automate access management.

- Proven ability to build repeatable systems and processes that ensure security policies are followed consistently without manual intervention.
