The basics: £120,000 - £150,000 salary plus generous equity. Right for a digital marketing and data expert with deep experience in B2C or B2C2B, paid ads, PLG and CRO etc. 5 days/week in our central London office. Open to full time or freelance with immediate start.

You’ll lead candidate user acquisition and define our B2C marketing machine end-to-end: media buying, channel testing and marketing data reporting through a rapid global expansion.

As Head of Growth Marketing you will lead our candidate user acquisition growth, at the forefront of the AI boom. This role is right for an expert digital marketer with management experience, who is ready to step up into a challenging, entrepreneurial and rewarding leadership position in a rocket ship startup.

You’ll work alongside the CMO, Head of Brand & Content, Head of Design and Growth Engineers to turn early product-market fit into explosive, world-changing scale. You’ll build and lead a small, incredibly high quality team from the ground up, starting with agency support.
