Meet Jack & Jill. We are not putting a thin AI layer on broken processes. We are rebuilding from first principles with two dedicated agents who work for their users: Jack, for candidates: An always-on career co-pilot. Jack starts with a deep conversation to understand who you are and what you really want. He provides market insights, coaching, and companionship. Jill, for companies: A true AI talent partner. Jill goes far beyond a job description to deeply understand your company, your culture, and the real context behind a role. She sources candidates, reviews inbound applicants, conducts first-pass screening calls, and acts as a strategic thought partner. Jack & Jill will not just disrupt the existing recruitment software market, but also the 10x bigger recruitment services market.
We’re moving at breakneck speed. We’re 9 months old, and already built two remarkable products, have 100,000+ candidates using Jack, hundreds of paying customers signed up to Jill and built a spectacular early team. The technology is ready and 10x better than the status quo – we need to build and execute at a relentless speed to build on this early momentum and bring it to the world as fast as we can.
What is the role and who are we looking for? We're hiring Jill's first dedicated seller. You'll report directly to the B2B GTM Lead and sit right in the flow between product, engineering, and customers. Your job is simple: build the new business engine from scratch and grow revenue. This is a high-ownership, high-consequence role. You won't get a playbook on day one. You'll write it. If you want clear lanes and a tidy task list, this isn't for you. If you want real autonomy, direct access, and a straight line between what you ship this week and whether revenue moves next week, this is as good as it gets. You'll own the full new business motion: first touch through to a role going live in Jill. You'll start by doing things manually to learn what works, then build the playbooks, tooling, and loops that scale it. This is a founding role. The work will evolve as we grow.
What you'll actually do:
- Hunt pipeline: own outbound sequences, channel tests, and the activity that fills the top of funnel
- Close: run fast cycles with founders, TA leads, and hiring managers at London's best startups and scaleups
- Drive activation: get customers to their first value moment (a role live in Jill) quickly and reliably
- Diagnose and fix: find where revenue is getting stuck and prioritise ruthlessly
- Own our partnerships program and run events across the London startup ecosystem
- Systemise what works: build dashboards, workflows, and an operating rhythm that compounds over time
You'll be a great fit if:
- You've carried a bag and closed at a fast-growth B2B SaaS or AI company. Not just supported deals, not just managed accounts. You prospected, ran full cycles, and hit (then beat) quota. You know what elite selling looks like because you've done it.

The profiles we're hiring from: We're primarily looking for one type of person, with three other routes in for truly exceptional candidates.
- The AE at inflection point: 2-5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing at a product-led, high-growth company. You've consistently hit or exceeded quota, earned rapid promotions, and you're ready to own more than a number.
- The elite recruiter: You've placed candidates, managed client relationships, and understand the hiring market deeply from both sides. Deep market knowledge counts for something here, but you must demonstrate you can sell and close.
- The elite generalist with GTM chops: You've been a founders associate, chief of staff, or strategy consultant and you've been in the room where commercial decisions happen, with hands-on GTM execution experience.
Our team: Founded by two experienced serial founders. Matt (CEO) - previous company grew to a $600m valuation in 3 years before exiting to Deel. Saaras (CTO) went 0- $3m ARR in a year as founder/CTO YC AI sales startup Kular.ai. We’re a 15-person, founder-heavy team (10 ex-founders).
