The ideal candidate:
- At least 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a strong command of React, Node.js, and ideally NestJS or MongoDB.
- Proven track record of high agency, such as founding a company, shipping a significant side project, or being an early hire at a startup.
- AI-native workflow expertise, demonstrating proficiency with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and concurrent agents to accelerate development cycles.
