Job Description
You will own design end-to-end for a breakthrough music platform, bridging the gap between a pro-grade studio tool and a viral consumer creator product. Working alongside the founders in London, you'll leverage AI-native workflows to ship branding, design systems, and frontend code that defines the future of musical expression.

What You Will Do
- Execute a full consumer rebrand and ship a unified design system across product, marketing, and motion within your first 60 days.
- Run at least four design-led cohort experiments per month, using data and first-principles thinking to drive signups, activation, and paid conversions.
- Directly bridge the design-to-code gap by writing React and Tailwind CSS, ensuring every pixel in production perfectly matches your high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
