You'll drive go-to-market strategy, manage the full customer lifecycle, and lead hiring efforts as the company scales. Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize go-to-market strategies across outbound, inbound, and partnerships to acquire UK SMEs and enterprise accounts.
- Lead the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding new users to building scalable support processes and internal tools.
- Support the CEO in fundraising, drafting investor updates, and leading hiring efforts to build a high-performance account management team.
