What You Will Do
- Lead strategic end-to-end projects to identify and execute the highest-impact ways to improve student placement outcomes and revenue.
- Design and implement operational systems, SOPs, and dashboards to professionalise the business and remove the founder from every decision loop.
- Manage cross-functional execution across marketing, sales, and student support, acting as a "firefighter" to solve critical issues before they escape.
The ideal candidate
- 1-3 years of experience in a high-intensity startup, scale-up, or entrepreneurial environment where speed and execution were paramount.
- Exceptional structured thinking skills with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable project plans.
- A proactive "no task too small" mindset with evidence of building systems and processes in teams of fewer than 20 people.
