Reporting to the Client & Partner Success Manager, you'll handle front-line support, troubleshoot technical issues for the engineering team, and leverage AI tools to automate workflows. What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and clients, resolving complex queries across email, phone, and chat with speed and care.
- Identify platform inefficiencies and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to propose and implement technical solutions that improve the user experience.
- Onboard new clients and manage recurring operational tasks, while using automation to streamline internal documentation and closing operational gaps.
The ideal candidate
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment such as support, hospitality, or retail, handling real-world problems under pressure with a personable touch.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong technical curiosity and the ability to break down complex issues into logical steps without needing constant oversight.
- Exceptional written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts in a human, easy-to-understand manner while maintaining a clear point of view.
