This residency is designed for high-caliber engineers and former co-founders who want to transition from early-stage startup experience to building their own company. The ideal candidate
- Experience: Experienced engineer who has worked at venture-backed startups, ideally from Seed through Series C stages.
- Mindset: Proven "zero-to-one" mindset, demonstrated through experience as a former co-founder or as an early hire in a fast-growing company.
- Ambition: Possesses a deep-seated desire to become an entrepreneur and the technical expertise to build a scalable product architecture.
