The ideal candidate

  • Experience: Experienced engineer who has worked at venture-backed startups, ideally from Seed through Series C stages.
  • Mindset: Proven "zero-to-one" mindset, demonstrated through experience as a former co-founder or as an early hire in a fast-growing company.
  • Ambition: Possesses a deep-seated desire to become an entrepreneur and the technical expertise to build a scalable product architecture.
