As Founder Associate at Sava Technologies Ltd., you will serve in the CEO’s office to drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives. You will eliminate friction, accelerate decision-making, and translate executive priorities into operational reality. This high-stakes role requires managing ambiguity and operating with seniority to ensure the company’s most critical goals are met.

What You Will Do

- Hold the bar for execution by forcing decisions and removing friction to maintain a high-growth pace.
The ideal candidate
- 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, a CEO office role, or high-ownership venture building.
- Proven track record of leading complex, ambiguous projects to completion without needing constant oversight.
- Exceptional communication skills and the seniority to operate credibly alongside heads of business and executive leadership.
