Job Description
You will own end-to-end delivery of AI workflows across the full stack, translating ambiguous hospital requirements into production-ready software. Working with Python, TypeScript, and React, you’ll ship high-impact features that automate healthcare admin. This role combines deep engineering execution with field-based customer empathy to improve hospital operations at scale.

What You Will Do
- Design and build end-to-end AI workflows using Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, and React to automate healthcare administrative tasks.
- Spend time on-site at NHS hospitals to gather technical requirements and translate non-technical feedback into product improvements.
- Deploy and maintain mission-critical software in live healthcare environments, ensuring reliability and impact for hospital staff and patients.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record of shipping full-stack applications in production environments using Python and TypeScript/React.
- Possesses a startup DNA with high grit, a strong bias to action, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
- Strong customer empathy and communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical engineering and real-world clinical operations.
