- Lead all core finance functions including month‑end close in Xero, payroll management, and statutory reporting in partnership with external accountants.
The ideal candidate
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) likely trained at a Big 4 or Top 10 firm within Audit or Transaction Services.
- Advanced financial modeling expert capable of building robust, multi‑entity Excel or Google Sheets models from scratch without breaking.
- Operationally rigorous professional with a “Controller” mindset who possesses the integrity to handle payroll and the gravitas to present to the Board.
