What You Will Do

- Surface critical customer insights to product and engineering teams to shape the platform's future roadmap.
The ideal candidate
- Experience in strategy consulting, solutions engineering, or technical account management within enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI architectures, cloud technologies, and the operational lifecycle of LLMs.
- Exceptional communicator capable of building credibility with both C-suite executives and senior engineering teams.
