What You Will Do
- Identify and validate high-potential venture ideas using EF's structured methodology designed specifically for experienced operators and former founders.
- Partner with a world-class co-founder from a pool of high-agency individuals with complementary technical or commercial expertise and scaling experience.
- Build, ship, and iterate on a product with the aim of raising seed capital and scaling a global category-defining business.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience as a former founder or early employee (first ~20 hires) at a breakout European tech company like Revolut or Mistral.
- Demonstrated ownership of a significant business function, such as launching a new geography, vertical, or core product line through hyper-growth.
- High-agency builder with a low-ego mindset who has seen what great looks like regarding fundraising, hiring, and scaling from Series A to B.
