As the first dedicated Crew Experience Lead, you will design the internal operating system for a high-growth startup scaling from 35 to 100+ people. You’ll own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from high-context onboarding to office culture and internal communications, ensuring every ritual and space reflects the company's high-performance standards.
