You will work directly with Sophia to capture and edit high-quality, short-form video content documenting her life as a founder and venture capitalist. You’ll turn meetings and behind-the-scenes moments into engaging storytelling for her massive audience.

What You Will Do
- Film and edit rapid-turnaround short-form videos using a mix of iPhone and professional camera equipment.
- Capture daily work life, including meetings, podcasts, and events, translating long-form experiences into high-impact social assets.
- Manage the end-to-end publishing cycle, ensuring consistent pacing, captions, and platform-native graphics across all social channels.
The ideal candidate
- Has 3-8 years of experience shooting and editing social-first video for high-profile creators, personal brands, or executives.
- Possesses advanced proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro with a strong eye for pacing and visual storytelling.
- Is deeply internet-native with a sophisticated understanding of platform trends, algorithms, and what makes audiences stop scrolling.
