Job Description
As the right hand to Partner Jeff Tijssen, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational excellence. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of complex global consulting engagements while supporting business development and practice operations. This role is a unique hybrid of strategic consulting, project management, and executive-level business operations.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing client relationships and timelines while ensuring high-quality final deliverables that meet strategic objectives.
- Execute core consulting work including structuring complex analyses, conducting interviews, and crafting high-impact slides for executive-level readouts.
- Drive the commercial and operational engine by drafting proposals, managing subcontractor coordination, and streamlining internal processes like invoicing and pipeline tracking.
The ideal candidate
- 4–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or fintech advisory, ideally from top-tier firms like Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or 11:FS.
- Exceptional fluency in fintech and payments systems, with the intellectual curiosity to master digital assets and stablecoins quickly.
- Master of structured writing and slide craft, capable of producing boardroom-ready materials and managing multiple workstreams with high ownership.
