Job Description
As a Compliance Coordinator at Odore, you will orchestrate the day-to-day operations of information security and impact frameworks. You'll maintain the ISMS for ISO 27001, manage B Corp recertification, and oversee vendor risk assessments. What You Will Do
- Maintain the ISO 27001 ISMS year-round, updating risk registers, Statement of Applicability, and evidence mapped to Annex A controls for audits.
- Manage the B Impact Assessment evidence base across governance, workers, and environment to ensure seamless B Corp recertification and verification.
- Execute third-party risk assessments and maintain the vendor register, tracking DPAs, SLAs, and contract renewal dates for senior sign-off.
The ideal candidate
- Proven organizational expertise with frameworks, evidence, and documentation, ideally with hands‑on experience in ISO 27001 or B Corp certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in coordinating across internal teams and external assessors to gather evidence and meet audit timelines.
- High attention to detail and clear written communication, with an ISO 27001 Internal Auditor qualification considered a significant advantage.
