What you will do
- Hyper‑grow Discord and Reddit communities through product‑led loops, exclusive drops, and high‑energy programming like musicathons and AMAs.
- Build and manage a performance‑based creator and influencer affiliate engine, implementing a tiering system to maximize content output and ROI.
- Own the brand voice and customer support across all social channels, ensuring fast, human, and consistent engagement with the user base.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record of building and scaling online communities (Discord, Reddit, or newsletters) with authentic, daily‑habit energy.
- Experienced in account management or creator partnerships, with a focus on performance‑based deals, brief creation, and influencer negotiation.
- High‑energy communicator who is comfortable on camera and possesses the product obsession to turn technical features into compelling community challenges.
