Job Description

Working directly alongside the Founder, you will transition Stairpay from founder-led sales to a scalable commercial engine.

You'll own the entire lifecycle—from outbound prospecting and high-stakes closing to onboarding and strategic account growth.

This is a high-breadth role designed for an ambitious future CRO or founder looking to build a category-defining business.

  • Location
  • London, UK
  • Why this role is remarkable
  • Direct founder partnership provides a front-row seat to building a commercial organization from scratch with significant influence over product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Impressive market traction with 40% adoption in Shared Ownership and a blue-chip customer base including Clarion Housing Group, M&G, and Sage Homes.
  • The role offers unparalleled breadth across the full commercial funnel, serving as a launchpad for future Chief Revenue Officers or entrepreneurs.

What You Will Do

  • Execute the full sales cycle including outbound prospecting, lead generation, and product demonstrations to win new enterprise landlord partnerships.
  • Lead the closing process and manage customer onboarding to ensure seamless implementation and high initial product adoption across strategic accounts.
  • Develop scalable commercial processes and systems that will eventually form the foundation for specialist teams as the company continues its rapid expansion.
  • The ideal candidate
  • Possesses 3-8 years of B2B commercial experience within a high-growth scale-up environment, specifically selling enterprise Saa S or complex software solutions.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of closing deals and a genuine passion for the "hunt," with a desire for broad scope over a narrow lane.
  • Maintains an entrepreneurial mindset, potentially as a former founder, with the ambition to eventually lead a commercial organization or start their own company.
