Job Description
You will own the delivery lifecycle for blue-chip enterprise clients from procurement through launch and the first 90 days of operation. Working closely with the Founder and Chief Customer Officer, you will bridge the gap between commercial promises and technical implementation, eventually redesigning the onboarding journey into a scalable, product-led function.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate end-to-end implementation including procurement, data integrations, and launch readiness for major enterprise banking clients.
- Maintain the definitive record of commercial commitments, ensuring internal teams and customers remain aligned on scope and timelines.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to automate manual tasks and redesign the onboarding process into a scalable capability.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record in implementation, project coordination, or commercial operations within a B2B technology or consulting environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to translate ambiguous discussions into clear, actionable requirements and data-driven plans.
- A process-improvement mindset with a practical understanding of data files and integrations to support complex enterprise-level deliveries.
