As a Commercial Associate, you will work directly with the CEO to scale the business from an early product to a repeatable company.

You’ll own the go-to-market playbook, manage end-to-end customer proposals, and be on-site at factories to ensure successful robot deployments while automating internal operations using cutting-edge AI and workflow tools.

  • Build the go-to-market playbook by testing marketing channels, outbound sales motions, and trial structures to refine how the company wins customers.
  • Own customer proposals end-to-end, including qualifying opportunities, building ROI cases, coordinating technical engineering input, and managing deals through to signed contracts.
  • Systematically automate commercial and operational processes using AI and workflow tools like Claude and n8n to ensure the company scales efficiently.
