  • Utilize data from Mixpanel and Intercom to monitor health signals, proactively intervene with churn risks, and identify expansion opportunities for premium tiers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Growth, or Partnerships at a SaaS or platform company, with a proven track record of owning NRR and churn metrics.
  • Demonstrates a hands-on, commercial mindset with the ability to build scalable playbooks and processes from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Boasts excellent communication skills for high-stakes account management and the ability to run energetic in-person activations for major fitness brands.
