What You Will Do:
- Own the "Scale Pod" of 600+ independent coaching businesses, driving retention, engagement, and annual plan conversion while identifying high‑potential expansion and Custom App opportunities.
- Operationalize strategic partnerships post‑signup by running activation sessions, workshops, and coffee mornings with PTs to turn partner cohorts into active acquisition and growth engines.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to build scalable playbooks, improve lifecycle automation, and feed commercial insights into the product roadmap.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in high‑volume Customer Success, Partnerships, or Growth roles within a SaaS startup, ideally supporting SMBs, creators, or independent operators.
- Highly commercially minded with a track record of driving revenue growth, spotting churn risks, and building repeatable systems from scratch in fast‑paced environments.
