As a Client Principal at Build Circle Ltd, you will spearhead both outbound business development and strategic account management. You’ll be responsible for hunting net-new enterprise logos, building a self-generated pipeline, and acting as the executive sponsor for a client portfolio. This hybrid role bridges the gap between complex business objectives and technical delivery excellence.

What You Will Do
- Execute a hunter-led sales strategy to identify and close net-new enterprise accounts through proactive prospecting and executive networking.
- Act as the primary strategic bridge between client business goals and internal engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and alignment.
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, managing commercial profitability, forecasting, and long-term account health and expansion.
The ideal candidate
- 3+ years of progressive experience in technology consulting or professional services sales with a track record of achieving £1M+ quotas.
- Proven ability to generate a self-driven pipeline and win new logos, rather than solely managing existing accounts.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to articulate complex software development, cloud infrastructure, and AI solutions to C-level stakeholders.
