Anima is a YC W21, Series A healthcare AI startup building the operating system for healthcare professionals. Based in London, they are currently live in over 1,000 NHS GP clinics and serve 20% of the UK population, with a mission to deliver personalized medicine to anyone, anywhere, in under 24 hours.
As Chief of Staff to the Head of Product, you will act as a strategic operator and force multiplier. You’ll operationalize team performance measurement, drive alignment across product, design, and revenue teams, and ensure effective execution of the product vision as Anima scales from primary care into the global healthcare system.

What You Will Do:
- Measure and optimize the productivity of the product team by owning the systems and data behind team performance and customer engagement.
- Encode high-level business objectives into actionable product roadmaps while driving alignment across the Head of Product, Design, and Revenue departments.
- Lead critical initiatives and internal communications to ensure the product organization executes effectively against milestones during a period of rapid 100+ person scaling.
The ideal candidate:
- Exceptional academic background from a highly selective university with elite analytical training from MBB or Tier 2 consulting firms.
- Proven hands-on product experience in a PM or Product Ops role at a successful, high-growth startup with demonstrated ARR growth.
- Strategic mindset capable of synthesizing complex data into clear priorities, paired with the operational rigor to manage cross-functional dependencies.
