Location: London, UK

As our first dedicated Business Development Representative, you will design and implement our sales engine from the ground up. This is a high‑impact role with a direct pathway to Account Executive.

Why this role is remarkable:

  • Clear and rapid career progression path into a closing Account Executive role for high‑performing individuals

What You Will Do:

  • Architect the complete BDR playbook including sequences, qualification frameworks, and HubSpot CRM lead routing
  • Convert MQLs to SQLs through rigorous qualification while running highly personalized outbound campaigns to VPs of Engineering
  • Establish a tight feedback loop with marketing to optimise lead quality and influence the product's market resonance

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years of BDR experience with a proven track record of building or significantly rebuilding sales processes
