As Broker Manager, you will lead the expansion and management of Lenkie's most critical go-to-market channel. You'll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding new broker partners while nurturing existing relationships to drive volume. Working across credit and tech teams, you will ensure a seamless funding experience for partners and their SME clients.

What You Will Do:
- Expand the broker and referring partner network by proactively researching, pitching, and onboarding new industry partners across the UK SME finance landscape.

- Collaborate with credit, sales, and tech teams to streamline funding applications and provide continuous feedback on sales strategies and product enhancements.
