Job Description: As one of the first London-based engineers, you will build and own production-grade Python services for AI-driven products. You will design scalable APIs, optimize Postgres data layers, and lead architectural decisions. This role offers genuine end-to-end ownership, from initial specification to production monitoring, within a high-momentum team expanding its UK presence.

What You Will Do:

  • Architect and maintain high-performance Backend services using Python (FastAPI), Postgres, and Redis.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses 4+ years of experience building production APIs in Python with a focus on FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks.

  • Shows a strong sense of ownership and experience managing production environments using AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
