Joining the Product Research and Operations (PRO) team, you will manage voice library operations and production workflows. You will become a key expert in audio quality annotation and support critical research objectives. This hands-on role involves working closely with synthetic voice creation to ensure Cartesia's models meet the highest possible standards for quality and performance.

What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end voice library operations, including posting job ads for voice actors, managing professional engagements, and maintaining strict quality timelines.
- Execute complex voice production workflows, specifically focusing on the creation and rigorous quality evaluation of synthetic voices through specialized annotation.
- Support core research and analysis objectives within the voice domain, tackling ad-hoc operational tasks that require high flexibility and reliability.
The ideal candidate
- Strong project management instincts with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and high-throughput operational tasks without letting details slip through the cracks.
- Technical fluency including a solid understanding of how APIs work, practical experience with LLMs, and basic proficiency in Python or SQL.
- A research-driven and curious mindset, comfortable digging into data and using AI coding assistants like Cursor or Claude to rapidly execute high-quality results.
